高速铁路跨度32m与40m预应力混凝土简支箱梁经济性比较研究——以铁伊铁路3座桥梁设计为例 被引量:3

摘要 对高速铁路32 m箱梁与40 m箱梁经济性问题进行研究,运用对比分析的方法,以新建铁力至伊春铁路为背景,选取本工程中头道河特大桥等3座具有代表性的特大桥梁,分别采用32 m和40 m跨度进行设计,并对其工程数量和工程概算进行对比分析。研究表明:工程地质条件、桥墩高度、桥梁长度、基础类型是影响桥梁经济性的主要因素。桥梁长度较长、桩基以摩擦桩为主、桥墩高度大于10 m时,下部结构工程概算占比较大,采用40 m简支箱梁可以减少下部结构的工程量;当桥梁长度较短、工程地质较好、桩基以嵌岩桩为主、桥墩高度小于10 m时,其下部结构工程概算占比减少,采用32 m简支箱梁更为经济。 Economic problems of 32 m box beam and 40 m box beam for high speed railway bridges were studied in this paper.The method of comparative analysis was adopted with examples of newly built railway from Tieli to Yichun.Three representative large bridges,such as the Toudao River Bridge,were discussed.Moreover,three super large bridges were designed with 32 m and 40 m simply suppated box beam respectively,the quantity and cost of the bridges were compared and analyzed.The results show that:geological condition,pier height,bridge length,and foundation type are main factors affecting the economics of 32 m box beam and 40 m box Beam.For bridges with longer bridge lengths,friction piles serve as main pile foundation.As the pier height exceeds 10 m,the proportion of substructure increases.Therefore,40 m simply supported box beam can reduce the amount of substructure and reduce the project cost,which is more economical.As the bridge length is short and geology condition is better,when the pier height is less than 10 m,the estimated proportion of substructure could be reduced,and it is more economical that 32 m simply supported box beam are used.
