摘要
建设人民更加向往、更加满意和美好的中国特色高质量教育体系,是新时代中国特色社会主义发展的时代使命和题中之义,也是新时代中国特色社会主义教育发展的内在诉求和坚定目标。中国特色高质量教育体系建设的根本方向,是坚持社会主义办学方向、坚持党对教育事业的领导、坚持扎根中国大地办教育、坚持教育文化的传承创新;中国特色高质量教育体系建设的主要任务,是建设更加注重公平的教育、更高质量的教育、更有智慧的教育、更加开放的教育、更高治理水平的教育;中囯特色高质量教育体系建设的有效路径,在于落实立德树人根本任务、深化教育体制机制改革、着力服务国家重大战略需求、建设高素质教师队伍。
For people's pursuit,satisfaction,and China's better future,the construction of high-quality education system with Chinese characteristics is the mission and theme of the development of Chinese socialism in the new era,and the inherentdemand and the unchangeable objective of the development of education with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The fundamental direction of constructing high-quality education system with Chinese characteristics reflects four indispensable elements,including socialist education perspective,leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Chinese actuality,and inheritance and innovation of Chinese education.The main tasks of constructing a high-quality education system with Chinese characteristics means to construct an education system with more attention to justice,higher quality,more wisdom,more openness and higher level of governance.The effective approaches of constructing high-quality education system with Chinese characteristics include four paths,which include implementing the task of fostering virtue through education,deepening the reform of educational mechanism,putting efforts into serving the major strategic needs of the country,and establishing a team of teachers of high quality.
