摘要
1+X证书中的X证书与之前的职业资格证书均反映持证者的职业能力水平、均与产教融合的教育模式高度相关、两者的考核依据均为职业标准。但二者诞生的时代背景不同、管理主体不同、属性不同。基于二者的异同点,提出X证书的建设路径:加速X证书的开发进度,架设X证书与专业技术人员水平评价类职业资格证书的联通桥梁,构建动态闭环的X证书管理机制。
Both the X certificate and the previous vocational qualification certificate reflect the professional ability level of certificate holders.Both certificates are highly related to the education model of industry-education integration,and they are assessed on the basis of professional standards.However,they have different backgrounds,management subjects and attributes.Based on the similarities and differences between the two,this paper puts forward the construction paths of the X certificate,including accelerating the development progress of the X certificate,establishing connections between the X certificate and the professional qualification certificate of professional and technical personnel level evaluation,and constructing a dynamic closedloop management mechanism of the X certificate.
