摘要
目的探讨优化急诊护理流程对急性缺血性脑卒中rt-pA静脉溶栓救治率的影响。方法选取我院2017年4~12月收治的30例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为对照组,实施常规急诊护理,选取2018年5~12月收治的30例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察组,实施优化急诊护理流程干预,对比两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组<1 h溶栓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);但在1.0~2.0 h、2.0~3.0 h、3.0~4.5 h时间点溶栓率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组溶栓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。溶栓前,两组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组溶栓后各时间段NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组静脉开通时间、CT完成时间及DNT均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程对急性缺血性脑卒中rt-pA静脉溶栓救治率的影响显著,有助于提升溶栓率,降低神经功能缺损程度,缩短救治时间。
Objective To explore the effect of optimizing emergency nursing process on the treatment rate of rt-pA intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 30 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital from April to December 2017 were selected as the control group,the implementation of routine emergency nursing,30 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital from May to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,the implementation of optimized emergency nursing process intervention,the intervention effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results The thrombolytic rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in the thrombolytic rate at 1.0~2.0 h,2.0~3.0 h and 3.0~4.5 h(P>0.05);the thrombolytic rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before thrombolysis,there was no significant difference in the NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the NIHSS scores of the observation group at each time point after thrombolysis were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The venous opening time,CT completion time and DNT of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization of emergency nursing process has a significant effect on the treatment rate of rt-pA intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke,which is helpful to improve the thrombolysis rate,reduce the degree of neurological deficit and shorten the treatment time.
