摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的研究。方法对2020年2月3日至2020年3月19日我院收治的9名新型冠状病毒肺炎患者入科后分组给予集束化护理措施进行早期干预,包括早期快速降温、循环监测、保持呼吸道通畅、早期中药治疗、减少有创操作等。观察患者核心体温下降、呼吸功能改善情况,并记录患者的住院时间及预后。结果患者救治成功率达100%,并发症为零,较全国新冠肺炎患者住院天数短。结论新冠肺炎患者采用集束化护理措施进行干预,可以明显提高患者的治疗成功率,优化护理程序,合理资源配置。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on patients with COVID-19.Methods Nine novel coronavirus pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from February 3,2020 to March 19,2020 were randomly divided into groups to give early intervention.Including early rapid cooling,circulatory monitoring,keeping the airway open,early Chinese medicine treatment,reduce invasive operations.The decrease of core body temperature and improvement of respiratory function were observed,and the hospitalization time and prognosis were recorded.Results The successful rate of treatment was 100%,and the complication was zero.The length of stay was shorter than that of the national new coronary pneumonia patients.Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can obviously improve the success rate of treatment,optimize nursing procedure and allocate reasonable resources for patients with NCP.
