摘要
目的研究分析中医综合护理改善新冠肺炎患者症状和生活质量的效果。方法研究人员选择在医院2019年12月—2020年5月收治的新冠肺炎患者作为研究对象,结合排除标准以及纳入标准,将其100例新冠肺炎患者随机分成两组,其中研究组50例新冠肺炎患者,对照组50例新冠肺炎患者。根据患者实际病情需求,在给予同样治疗方式的前提下,研究组给予中医综合护理,对照组给予常规护理。观察两组用药后的患者症状情况以及生活质量。结果研究人员统计一段时间之后,分别接受中医综合护理以及常规护理的两组患者的疾病症状改善情况以及生活质量评分结果。对照组的患者症状情况明显不如研究组患者,且研究组患者的生活质量也同样高于对照组,经过统计学软件的有效分析,两组患者症状改善情况以及生活质量的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情来势汹汹,常规护理存在一定的护理不足,不能保证患者的高效护质量,对于一些病情较为复杂且病重的患者效果不佳。但是,中医综合护理对新冠肺炎患者有着积极的作用,可改善患者的疾病症状,减缓由于疾病带来身体不适程度,提高新冠肺炎患者生活质量,对新冠肺炎患者的疾病干预有积极的影响,值得在此次疫情期间广泛推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine care in improving the symptoms and quality of life of patients with new coronary pneumonia.Methods Researchers selected patients with new coronary pneumonia admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to May 2020 as the research subjects.Combined with the exclusion and inclusion criteria,100 patients with new coronary pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,including 50 cases in the study group Patients with new coronary pneumonia,the reference group of 50 patients with new coronary pneumonia.According to the actual needs of the patients,under the premise of giving the same treatment,the research group gave comprehensive care of traditional Chinese medicine,and the reference group gave conventional care.Observe the symptoms and quality of life of the two groups of patients after medication.Results After a period of time,the researchers counted the improvement of disease symptoms and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients who received comprehensive Chinese medicine care and conventional care.The symptoms of patients in the reference group were significantly worse than those in the study group,and the quality of life of the patients in the study group was also higher than that of the reference group.After effective analysis by statistical software,the differences in the improvement of symptoms and quality of life between the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new coronary pneumonia epidemic is raging,and there is a certain lack of conventional nursing care,which cannot guarantee the high-efficiency nursing quality of patients,and the effect is not good for some patients with more complex and serious illnesses.However,the comprehensive care of traditional Chinese medicine has a positive effect on patients with new coronary pneumonia.It can improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the discomfort caused by the disease,improve the quality of life of patients with new cor
