摘要
研究目的:教学评价机制的应用,将带动和激发体育教师注重自身的教学水平,保障良好教学质量,关注行业发展动态与专业能力相衔接。对高校体育教师的教学能力指标体系进行构建,旨在促进高校体育教师教学能力的全面发展。研究方法:主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法。研究结论:基于教师评价机制下,从体育教师评价机制与教学能力概述、教师评价机制在高校教师管理工作的功能、教师评价机制下高校体育教师教学能力指标体系的构建等方面,构建高校体育教师的教学能力指标体系,对于高校体育教师队伍建设需要教学评价机制给予考核与评定。
Research purposes:the application of teaching evaluation mechanism will lead and stimulate physical education teachers to pay attention to their own teaching level,ensure good teaching quality,pay attention to the industry development and professional ability.In order to promote the all-round development of College Physical Education Teachers'teaching ability,this paper constructs the index system of teaching ability of college physical education teachers.Research methods:mainly using literature and logical analysis.Research conclusion:Based on the teacher evaluation mechanism,from the overview of PE teacher evaluation mechanism and teaching ability,the function of teacher evaluation mechanism in the management of university teachers,and the construction of the index system of teaching ability of College PE Teachers under the teacher evaluation mechanism,it is necessary to construct the teaching ability index system of College PE teachers System to give assessment and evaluation.college physical education.
