摘要
培养优秀教师一直以来是教师队伍建设的重要工作,只有这样,才能真正推动教育高质量发展。鉴于此,着力构建优质均衡的体育教师教学能力评价指标体系对更好地推进新时代体育教学改革非常重要。本文运用文献资料法、AHP等方法,并依据CIPP的评价模式中的四大环节制定了体育教师教学能力评价指标体系,确立了4项一级指标、9项二级指标和35项三级指标,供我国体育教师教学能力评估工作中建设优质教育体系工作参考。
Cultivating excellent teachers has always been an important task in the construction of the teaching team, and only then can we truly promote the high-quality development of education. In view of this, it is very important to build a high-quality and balanced evaluation index system for assessing physical education teacher’s teaching ability, so as to better promote the reform of physical education in the new era. This paper uses the literature review, AHP and other methods to formulate the evaluation index system of physical education teachers’ teaching ability according to the four major links in the evaluation model of CIPP. Finally, four first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 35 third-level indicators have been established, which is hoped to lay a solid foundation for the construction of a high-quality education system and for the evaluation of physical education teacher’s teaching ability in the future.
