摘要
面向家庭服务业培养人才是目前国内职业院校家政服务管理专业的一个重要方向,而家庭服务业的分工精细化对家政职业人才培养定位提出了挑战。研究表明,现有家庭服务产业职业工种划分不明确,培训不规范,从业人员专业素质提升困难;高校家政职业教育人才培养定位模糊,对家庭服务产业缺乏引领作用。家政职业教育要面向家庭服务业需求,加强家政职业教育研究,培养多样化的职业人才;重视大学生创新创业能力教育;依据职业分工类型,增设家政类专业;修订现有职业标准;加强校企人才培养合作。
Training talents for the family service industry is an important direction of domestic service management major of vocationalcolleges in China , and the fine division of labor in the family service industry challenges the orientation of domestic professional personneltraining.? The research shows that the existing job types of family service industry are not clear, the training is not standardized,and it is difficult to improve the professional quality of employees;the orientation of personnel training in vocational education of homeeconomics in colleges and universities is vague, and it is lack of leading role in the family service industry.? The vocational educationof domestic economics should meet the needs of the family service industry, strengthen the research on the vocational education of domesticeconomics, cultivate diversified professional talents, attach importance to the education of college students’innovative and entrepreneurialability, increase the major of domestic economics according to the type of professional division of labor, revise the existingprofessional standards, and strengthen the cooperation in personnel training between schools and enterprises.
