摘要 烹饪是最紧贴人民生活的一个专业。在当今社会,人民对生活质量与健康饮食的追求不断提高,社会对烹饪专业人才的要求也越来越高,为了响应时代需求,培养符合社会需要的应用型人才,我校烹饪专业密切配合国家对职业教育大力支持的大好形势,通过校企合作,结合地方旅游产业特色,共同探索和实践人才培养模式,培养适合社会需要的应用型人才。 Culinary is a specialty most closely related to people's lives.In today's society,people's pursuit of quality of life and healthy diet is constantly improving,and the society's requirements for culinary professionals are also increasing.In order to respond to the needs of the times and train applied talents,and combining the characteristics of local tourism industry,the culinary specialty of the author's school takes the great opportunity that the state strongly supports the vocational education,and explores the training model of applied talents who meet the needs of the society through the cooperation of schools and enterprises.
