页岩气测试平台积液原因及排液对策研究

摘要 在页岩气排液测试阶段,井口压力、温度较高,采出气中含有大量的饱和水,影响测试平台内工艺设备和采气管线的正常运行。基于此,对饱和水进行现场取样与测试分析,探究测试平台的积液原因。针对积液原因,提出了在波纹板分离器前安装间壁式换热器的方案,以降低波纹板分离器入口的气流温度和饱和水质量浓度,并采用Fluent软件对换热管内部气流温度进行了模拟。结果表明,换热管内气流的平均温度可从入口处的60.34℃冷却至出口处的30.00℃,通过计算发现饱和水质量浓度可降至0.731 g/m3。同时,提出了在波纹板分离器流道内部加装疏水钩的方案,并采用Fluent软件对流线型与带钩型波纹板分离器的分离特性进行了对比分析。结果表明,带钩型波纹板对液滴的分离效率可由原来的28.90%提高到76.50%,当液滴粒径达到35μm以上时,其分离效率可达90.00%以上。研究结果对解决页岩气测试平台积液问题具有重要的指导意义。 During the shale gas drainage test stage,the wellhead pressure and temperature are very high,and the produced gas contains a large amount of saturated water,which affects the normal operation of process equipment and gas production pipeline in the test platform.Based on this,on⁃site sampling and test analysis of saturated water were conducted to explore the cause of the effusion in the test platform.Aiming at the reason of liquid accumulation,the scheme of installing partition wall heat exchanger in front of the corrugated plate separator is proposed to reduce the airflow temperature and saturated water content at the inlet of the corrugated plate separator,and Fluent software is used to change the airflow temperature inside the heat exchange tube The situation was simulated.The results show that the average temperature of the air flow in the heat exchange tube can be cooled from 60.34℃at the inlet to 30.00℃at the outlet.The saturated water content can be reduced to 0.731 g/m3 by formula calculation.At the same time,the proposal of installing a hydrophobic hook in the flow channel of the corrugated plate separator is also proposed,and the separation characteristics of the streamlined and hooked corrugated plate separator are analyzed by Fluent software.The results show that the hooked corrugated plate the separation efficiency of droplets can be increased from 28.90%to 76.50%.When the droplet size reaches above 35μm,the separation efficiency can reach up to 90.00%.The research results have important guiding significance for solving the problem of shale gas test platform liquid accumulation.
