摘要
针对石油开采过程中的高含气问题,油田通常采用重力式气液分离器将气相从气液两相流中分离出去,减少进入抽油泵流体的含气量,提高采油效率。通过运用CFD数值模拟方法对重力式气液分离器进行数值模拟,分析了重力式气液分离器工作原理,计算了重力式气液分离器结构参数对分离效果的影响,结果表明:重力式气液分离器外管内径、中心管外径是影响分离效果最主要的参数,外管内径越大、中心管外径越小分离效果越好。此研究成果可为设计和制造重力式气液分离器提供理论支持。
Due to high gas content in oil in the process of drilling,the gas-liquid gravity separator is usually used to separate gas from the gas-liquid two-phase flow to reduce the gas content in the pump fluid and improve the production efficiency.This paper uses the CFD numerical simulation method to analyze the working principle of gas-liquid gravity separator and the influence of the structure parameters on its separation effect.The results show that the parameters of its outer pipe inner diameter and base pipe outer diameter are the most important influencing factors on its separation effect,that the bigger inner diameter and the smaller outer diameter,the better separation effect is.The research results in this article provide theoretical support for its design and manufacture.
