摘要
应用Fluent软件的标准κ-ε模型和多相混合模型,对重力式分离器的油水分离内流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到含有2种不同入口构件、4种不同整流构件和6种不同聚结构件的分离器内部速度矢量和流场,分析并比较了不同构件的分离特性。模拟结果表明,该方法可较好地模拟油水两相在分离器内部的流场和浓度分布;耙形入口构件、圆筒整流构件、田字板整流构件、蛇形板相向聚结构件以及斜板交错搭接聚结构件具有较好的油水分离特性。
The 3D numerical simulation of oil/water separation flow field in a gravitational separator is carried out by using the standard κ-ε model and multiphase mixture model of Fluent software. The velocity vector and flow field inside the separator with two different inlet internals, four different flow regulating internals and six different coalescing internals are obtained, and the separation features of different internals are analyzed and compared. The simulation results show that the method can simulate the flow field and concentration distribution of oil and water inside the separator satisfactorily. In addition, a separator with the rake-type inlet internal, the columnar flow regulating internal or grid-type flow regulating internal, and the snakelike coalescing internal or the cross-corrugated-sloped coalescing internal has better separating behavior.
