摘要
利用自制清选系统试验台,以喂入量和含杂率为试验因素,研究了物料状态对旋风分离清选系统清选性能的影响。试验结果表明,当籽粒喂入量不大于0.20 kg/s和含杂率不大于30%时,清洁率可大于98%,损失率亦不大于0.3%,为微型小麦联合收割机清选系统的设计提供了参考依据。
The influence of material state on the performance of cyclone separating cleaning system is studied on a homemade cleaning system test-bed,with feedquantity and impurity ratio as testing factors.The result indicates that when the feed quantity is less than 0.2kg/s and the impurity ration is less than 30 percent,cleaning rate of seed can exceed 98 percent and loss rate is lower than 0.3 percent.The study provides a solid reference for the design of the cleaning system.
