摘要
系统分析了目前稻麦联合收获中清选环节的研究现状,以4LZ―1.0Q轻简型全喂入稻麦联合收割机清选装置设计为例,将清选分为凹筛控杂、匀料分层、风选轻杂、筛分长杂、籽粒积送和长杂推出六个步骤。并根据各步骤的工作目的,设计复合振动筛,合理配置离心风机风速、风量和风向,从而保证清选作业顺畅性、效率和清洁度。
To the 4LZ-1.0Q whole feeding combine harvester as an example,this paper systematically analyses research actuality aboutcleaning mechanism in harvest wheat combined,tried to divide up the cleaning into six steps for concave screen control noise、 well materiallayer、 winnowing light impurities、 screening long miscellaneous、 grain product send and long miscellaneous launched.And according toeach step of the work purpose,composite vibrating screen,rational configuration of wind speed and direction of air centrifugal fan,so as toensure the smooth operation of choose efficiency and cleanliness.
