摘要
通过对大容量高参数空冷机组研究,运用高背压抽凝供热及抽汽余压利用技术,形成一种多机联合供热改造方案。通过对600 MW机组进行高背压抽凝供热改造,对1000 MW机组进行抽汽改造,增设背压发电机组补偿厂用电,建立一套完整可靠的大负荷供热系统,能够提高能源利用效率,增大机组供热能力,满足区域城市集中供热需求。分析结果表明:该供热系统的运行调节方式灵活多样,既可单机高背压运行,也可双机高背压运行;在任意1台机组停机的情况下,另外2台机组能够提供76%的供热保证率。通过分析不同运行方式下的供热系统的供热能力,为运行调节及热电负荷调度提供参考依据。本项目可为北方地区火电机组热电联产改造提供良好的改造范例。
On the basis of the research on air cooling units with large capacity and high parameter,a multi-machine combined heating scheme is formed by adopting the high back pressure pumping and condensing heating technology and the steam extraction residual pressure utilization technology.Through high back pressure pumping and condensing heating renovation for 600 MW units,steam pumping renovation for 1000 MW units,and adding back pressure generating units to compensate power consumption of the plant,a complete and reliable large-load heating system is established,which can improve the energy utilization efficiency,increase the heating capacity of the units,and meet the central heating requirements of regional cities.The analytical results indicate that,the operation and adjustment modes of this heating system are flexible and diverse,which can be operated by single machine with high back pressure or by double machines with high back pressure.In the case of the shutdown of any one unit,the other two units can provide an 76%heating guarantee rate.By analyzing the heating capacity of the heating system under different operation modes,a reference for operation regulation and thermoelectric load dispatch is provided.A good example is provided for the transformation of thermal power units in north China.
