摘要 现今常规火电供热机组在电网深度调峰低负荷运行时,抽汽能力有限已成为一个普遍问题。一些电厂积极探索汽轮机高低压旁路供热改造方案,用补充汽源来提高机组低负荷时的抽汽能力,以达到既减少汽轮机做功,又提高机组抽汽的目的。针对红阳热电的实际情况,2018年夏季对2号机组进行旁路供热改造。通过在实际中的应用,总结出一些操作方法和注意事项,适用于机组的灵活性改造,可保障供热机组安全稳定运行。 Nowadays,it has become a common problem that the extraction capacity of conventional thermal power units is limited when the power grid is in deep peak shaving and low load operation.Some power plants actively explore the heating reform scheme of high-pressure and low-pressure bypass of steam turbine,and use supplementary steam source to improve the extraction capacity of the unit at low load,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the work of steam turbine and improving the extraction of the unit.In view of the actual situation of Hongyang thermal power plant,the bypass heating reform of No.2 unit is carried out in the summer of 2018.Through the application in practice,some operating methods and precautions are summarized,which are suitable for the flexible reform of the unit and can ensure the safe and stable operation of the heating unit.
