摘要
针对当前中国"三北"电网在冬季供暖期面临大量弃风的问题,提出了热电厂通过配置电锅炉来解耦其"以热定电"约束,进而降低强迫出力消纳弃风电力的方案。文中介绍了方案的基本运行原理,讨论了方案实施的机制条件,建立了评价方案节煤效益和国民经济性的数学模型,分析了其影响因素。理论和算例分析均表明,在当前国内"三北"地区各弃风严重的电网中,实施该方案具有明显的节煤效果和国民经济可行性。
Confronted by the problem of tremendous curtailment of wind power in the power grids of Northeast China,North China and Northwest China during heating period in winter,it is proposed that the constraint of forced power output determined by heat be decoupled by installing an electric boiler in the thermoelectric plant.The basic operating principles of the method are described,the implementation mechanism discussed,the mathematical model for evaluating its coal-saving benefit and role in national economy is developed,and the influencing factors are analyzed.The theoretical analysis and realistic examples show that the method is both coal-saving and economically feasible for the power grids of Northeast China,North China and Northwest China with significantly curtailed wind power.
