气举排水采气技术在苏里格南区块水淹井的应用及效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 气举排水采气是气田开发中一项重要的工艺技术,在气田气井稳产、增产中发挥着十分显著的作用。长庆油田苏里格南区块作为中石油与法国道达尔联合开发的天然气合作区块,自投产至今,该区块部分气井井筒已出现积液的情况。针对此问题,结合生产实际,该区块引进了车载式压缩机气举技术等多项技术措施,借助压缩气体举升井筒积液,从而激活气井,恢复产能,实现稳产、增产的目的,同时针对各项技术在苏里格南区块投入应用的效果进行了综合评价,证明了该技术在苏里格南区块的可行性和推广性。对该区块水淹井的排水采气技术方法提供了有力支撑,为该技术的工艺优化提供更安全、有效、合理的建议。 Gas lift drainage gas recovery is an important technology in gas field development,which plays a very significant role in the production stability and production increase of gas wells.South Sulige block of Changqing Oilfield is a natural gas cooperation develop⁃ment block of PetroChina and France Total.Up to now,liquid has accumulated in the wellbore of some gas wells in this block.Com⁃bined with the actual production,a number of technical measures,such as vehicle mounted compressor gas lift technology,are applied in the block.The liquid in the wellbore of gas wells is lifted by means of the vehicle mounted compressor gas lift technology,which makes the gas wells recover production ability to achieve the purpose of stable production and increase production.The comprehensive evaluation of the application effect of each technology in south Sulige block proves the feasibility and popularization of this technology in the block.This technology provides a strong support for the drainage gas recovery method of water flooded wells in the block.Some suggestions are put forward for the process optimization of this technology.
