等熵压缩机采气工艺技术在榆林气田应用

摘要 随着气田逐年开采,气藏驱动能量不断消耗地层压力持续降低,部分气井采气压力低于系统管网压力而采取间歇生产,造成井筒内液体滞留。同时由于生产压差的减小,单井产能受限,气井携液能力下降,井筒积液趋势愈发严重。目前对应泡沫排水采气等工艺措施日渐乏力,部分气井难以达到排液效果。针对此种生产问题研究发现在积液气井套管中存在一定量的高压天然气近似认为此时套管压力与井底压力相当具有相对较高能量,如能将这部分套管气引入油管,套管气在油管鞋处爆发,就能实现举升井筒积液,也能利用这部分套管气提高携液能力。通过开发研制一种等熵增压装置在集气站实施工艺改造后,利用该装置能够实现套管积液压入油管具有相对较高压力的套管天然气在油管鞋处爆发油管中大量液体举出实现了排水采气目的,提高了气井产能从而提高气井开发效果。 With the yearly gas field exploitation,the wellbore has liquid remained inside caused by the continuously gas reservoir driving energy consumption,formation pressure reduction,and intermittent production due to the lower production pressure of some gas wells. Furthermore,the remained liquid is increasing because the decreased production pressure limits single well’productivity and liquid carrying capacity. The present technologies such as the foam drainage gas production are incapable to wellbore liquid drainage. To solve the problem,a study found that,in the accumulating gas well casing a certain amount of high pressure natural gas remains. That gas pressure is considered equal to the well bottom pressure and has relatively high energy. If that stream of gas is injected to an oil tubing and outbreak in the tubing shoes,it can lift the wellbore liquid and improves the capacity of liquid carrying. The application of an isentropic pressurization unit in a gas gathering station with some process upgrade proved that practicable. The isentropic pressurization unit firstly injects the casing pipe liquids to oil pipe,then the casing pipe gas outbreak in the tubing shoes lifting the liquids and drainage. The application improved the gas well productivity and development effect.
