摘要
为了满足大庆油田气井排液的生产需求,提高气井排液效率及产气量,降低人工劳动强度,研发了气井智能泡排控制系统。根据自动控制学的基本理论及控制系统设计的基本原理,结合气井现场实际情况,建立由数据采集、分析决策控制、注剂调节三部分组成的控制系统。其中数据采集由数据采集模块实时采集气井动态生产数据;分析决策控制由控制器实时接收分析数据,并智能发送注剂控制指令;注剂调节由加注装置接收控制器指令,并调节加注泡排剂。应用该系统开展了先导性现场试验,结果表明,试验后气井平均油套压差由11.81MPa降低到3.04MPa,日均增气量为2.66×10^(4)m^(3),日均增加产水量为4.28m^(3)。该系统可实现气井数据实时监测及智能注剂,为减缓气井产量递减速度、提高气藏采收率提供了技术支撑,对气田数字化建设具有重要意义。
In order to meet the production requirements of gas well drainage in Daqing Oilfield,improve the drainage efficiency and gas production,and reduce the labor intensity,the intelligent foam drainage control system for gas wells has been developed.According to the basic theory of automatic control and the basic principles of control system design,combined with the practical field application of the gas wells,the control system consisting of three parts,i.e.data acquisition,analysis&decision control,and adjustment of injection agent has been established.The data acquisition module collects the dynamic production data of the gas wells in real time.The controller receives the analysis data in real time and intelligently sends the control commands for the injection agents in the analysis&decision control module.The adjustment of injection agent is controlled by the injection device to receive the controller instructions for adjusting the drainage agent.The pilot field test was carried out by using the control system,and the results showed that the average pressure difference between tubing and casing in gas well was reduced from 11.81MPa to 3.04MPa after the test,the average increase of daily gas production was 2.66×10^(4)m^(3),and the average daily increased fluid drainage was 4.28m^(3).The intelligent foam drainage control system for gas wells can realize the real-time monitoring of gas well data and intelligent agent injection,provide the technical support for slowing down the decline rate of gas well production and improving the gas reservoir recovery,which is of great significance to the digital construction in gas fields.
