红托竹荪多糖的耐缺氧及抗运动疲劳能力的研究 被引量:18

摘要 为探讨红托竹荪(Dictyophora rotundifolia)多糖的耐缺氧及抗运动疲劳能力,提取红托竹荪多糖并建立小鼠负重游泳模型和耐缺氧模型,同时灌胃不同剂量的红托竹荪多糖溶液,15 d后测定小鼠力血清MDA、BUN、SOD、BLA水平及肝糖原及肌糖原含量。结果显示,红托竹荪多糖试验组高剂量组力竭游泳时间为(27.73±5.41)min、耐缺氧时间为(29.25±2.92)min、肌糖原含量为(1.35±0.12)g和肝糖原含量为(4.41±0.32)g,均高于中剂量组,中剂量组力竭游泳时间为(21.33±4.22)min、耐缺氧时间为(25.36±2.52)min、肌糖原含量为(1.03±0.05)g和肝糖原含量为(3.05±0.41)g,均高于低剂量组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红托竹荪多糖低剂量组和高剂量组的血清BUN含量分别为(9.28±1.36)mmol·L^(-1)和(6.47±2.88)mmol·L^(-1),均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);红托竹荪多糖高剂量组BLA含量为(16.34±1.82)mmol·L^(-1),显著低于对照组;红托竹荪多糖低剂量组BLA含量为(19.71±1.46)mmol·L^(-1),与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);红托竹荪多糖低剂量组、高剂量组的MDA和SOD含量分别为(4.3±0.62)mmol·L^(-1)、(115.54±9.62)mmol·L^(-1)以及(3.34±0.79)mmol·L^(-1)、(130.52±9.58)mmol·L^(-1),均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红托竹荪多糖使得小鼠力竭游泳时长以及常压耐缺氧存活时长显著延长,并使得小鼠机体内的肝糖原及肌糖原水平显著提升,而力竭运动之后血清BLA含量、MDA含量以及BUN含量也会显著降低,进而使得小鼠机体内的血清SOD活力得到了明显强化,发挥出良好的抗运动疲劳效果,红托竹荪多糖对耐缺氧及抗运动疲劳具有重要的研究意义。 In order to explore the anti-deficiency and anti-exercise fatigue ability of the polysaccharide of Dictyophora rotundifolia,the polysaccharide was extracted and the mice weight-bearing swimming model and anti-deficiency model were established.The serum MDA、BUN、SOD、BLA level,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content of mice were determined after 15 d.and the results showed that the exhaustion swimming time,hypoxia tolerance time,muscle glycogen and liver glycogen content in the polysaccharide test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The high-dose group was(27.73±5.41)min,hypoxia tolerance was(29.25±2.92)min,muscle glycogen content was(1.35±0.12)g and liver glycogen content was(4.41±0.32)g,which were longer than the middle-dose group.The moderate dose group had longer periods of vigorous swimming[(21.33±4.22)min],hypoxia tolerance[(25.36±2.52)min],muscle glycogen[(1.03±0.05)]and liver glycogen content[(3.05±0.41)]than the low dose group.The contents of serum BUN in the low dose group[(9.28±1.36)mmol·L^(-1)]and the high dose group[(6.47±2.88)mmol·L^(-1)]were significantly lower than those in the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BLA content[(16.34±1.82)mmol·L^(-1)]in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(21.72±1.62)mmol·L^(-1)],There was no significant difference between the BLA content[(19.71±1.46)mmol·L^(-1)]and the control group[(21.72±1.62)mmol·L^(-1),P>0.05].The MDA and SOD contents of polysaccharide of D.rotundifolia in low dose group were(4.3±0.62)mmol·L^(-1),(115.54±9.62)mmol·L^(-1) and The MDA and SOD contents of polysaccharide in high dose group were(3.34±0.79)mmol·L^(-1),(130.52±9.58)mmol·L^(-1),which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The polysaccharides of D.rotundifolia significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time and hypoxia tolerance survival time of mice under normal pressure,and significantly increased the levels of liver glycogen and mus
