摘要 总结几款基于变化经密纬密的色织新产品设计方法。采用变化经密纬密的方法设计色织新产品。经向采用不同的每筘穿入数,纬向采用分区段不同纬密。简要介绍了4种色织新产品的开发要点,实现了织物纹路变化、镂空、图案变形等效果。应用镂空技术设计的织物轻薄透气,适宜于做夏季服装面料。认为:通过改变经密纬密,可以创新设计出不同纹路和风格的色织新产品。 Several new yarn-dyed product design methods based on changing warp density and weft density were summarized.Changing warp density and weft density method were adopted to design new yarn-dyed product.Different yarn number per reed was used in warp direction,different section weft density was used in weft direction.The development key points of four new yarn-dyed products were briefly introduced,the effects of fabric texture change,hollowing and pattern deformation were realized.The fabric designed with hollow technology was light and breathable,suitable for summer clothing fabrics.It is considered that by changing warp density and weft density,new yarn-dyed products with different textures and styles can be innovatively designed.
