摘要
介绍了机织家纺花边的织造特点,对机织花边的织造技术措施进行了分析阐述,认为应在边牙与缨边的形成、穿筘方法及经纱供纱等方面严格把控。同时对幅宽不匀、弯带、跳花起毛、边牙不良等常见质量问题进行了分析探讨并给出了相应的解决方法。
The weaving characteristics of woven home textile lace are introduced,and the weaving technical measures of woven lace are analyzed and expounded.It is pointed out that the formation of edge teeth and tassel edge,the method of reeds and warp yarn supply should be strictly controlled.At the same time,the common quality problems such as uneven width,bending band,jumping flower,fluff,bad edge teeth and so on are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given.
