摘要
Coolmax纤维是一种新型改性比表面积大的聚酯纤维。由于其特殊的结构,Coolmax纤维开发的面料显示出丝面光泽、触感柔软、悬垂感极好的耐穿性能和优越的吸湿排汗等性能。研究了32S Coolmax/棉50/50,32S涤/棉50/50,32S纯棉纱,采用织造小样机织成3种规格相近的织物,并对每种织物的力学性能、服用性能进行测试。结果表明:与其他织物相比,Coolmax/棉混纺织物的耐磨性、抗起毛起球性优良且透气性、吸湿性等服用性能优异。由此可知,50%Coolmax与棉混纺能够较好地体现Coolmax纤维舒适柔软、透气性良好的性能。
Coolmax fiber is a new type of modified polyester fiber with greater specific surface area. Due to its special structure, Coolmax fiber fabric shows fully silky luster, soft-touch, drapable durable wearing, excellent moisture absorption and perspiration performance. In this paper, 32s Coolmax/cotton 50/50, 32s polyester/cotton 50/50 and 32s pure cotton yarns are studied and used to design three kinds of knitted fabric with similar specifications by small weaving prototype. The mechanical property and wearing performance of each type fabric are tested. The results show that: Compared with other fabrics, Coolmax/cotton blended fabric shows excellent abrasion resistance, anti-pilling and hygroscopic property. The 50% Coolmax fiber blended with cotton presents good air permeability, comfortable and soft performance of pure Coolmax fiber.
