摘要
脱水性能是洗衣机的一个重要性能,而不同织物的吸水性以及与水结合力大小的不同,导致了对不同的织物要有不同的脱水方式。本文主要概述了滚筒洗衣机中脱水转速及脱水时间对不同织物含水率的影响,同时讨论分析了不同织物含水率差异的原因。结果表明随着脱水时间的增加织物含水率先快速下降再缓慢减少,其中含水率:棉布>牛仔>丝绸,脱水转速对织物含水率的影响力大于脱水时间。
Spin performance is an important performance of washing machine,and different fabrics have the different water absorbing capacity and bonding force between textile and water,which lead to different spin ways with different textiles.The paper summaries the effect of spin speed and spin time on different textiles in drum washing machine,and the diversity of moisture content of different textiles is also discussed.The result shows that with the increasing of spin time,the moisture contents of textile decrease quickly first and then decrease slowly,and for the moisture contents;cotton cloth > jean > silk,and spin speed effect on moisture content of textile is more than spin time.
