摘要
为了确保Coolmax与棉混纺纱的成纱质量,针对Coolmax纤维的特性选配工艺参数。介绍了Coolmax纤维的性能特征,Coolmax纤维与棉混纺纱采用Coolmax与棉分别制条,在并条机混和后纺纱的工艺路线,取得了较好的工艺效果。
To guarantee yarn quality of Coolmax cotton blended yarn, processing parameters were optimized according to speciahiy of Coolmax fiber. Property speciallity of Coolmax fiber was introduced, slivering separately was adopted by Coolmax fiber and cotton fiber, and blending in drawing machine to spinning Coolmax cotton blended yarn. Better processing effect can be got.
