摘要
以Coolmax纤维和竹原纤维的混纺纱、防紫外涤纶纱为原料,以纤维导湿的基本理论、织物热舒适理论为理论依据,设计开发具有吸水导湿和防紫外功能的多层接结、分层角联锁和分层正交3种结构的3层织物,并对这3种织物的基本性能、吸水导湿性能及防紫外性能进行测试分析。结果表明:开发的3种织物都可达到较优异的吸水导湿及防紫外效果,并优选出分层正交结构为综合性能最佳的织物结构。
Three-layer fabrics of three structures of multi-layer binding,layered angle-interlock and layered orthogonal with functions of water absorption,moisture conductivity,and UV protection were designed and developed with blended yarn and UV-protective polyester yarn made from Coolmax fiber and bamboo fiber according to the basic theory and the theory of thermal comfort of fabric,and the basic performance,water absorption and moisture conductivity,and UV protection properties of the three types of fabrics were tested and analyzed.The results show that the three types of fabrics all have good UV protection,water absorption and moisture conductivity properties,and the one of layered orthogonal structure is the best fabric construction with the best combination property.
