摘要
从学生满意度出发,在理论分析的基础上,通过SPSS软件对J大学辅导员工作有效性进行实证分析。调查显示学生对辅导员工作效果的满意度最高、工作方法的满意度最低。性别和参加活动频率在工作内容上、工作方法和工作效果上都存在显著性差异。提高学生满意度并增强辅导工作有效性要注意以下几点:抓住重点做好意识形态工作、走进学生了解学生需求、注重反馈调整工作方式、调整队伍减轻工作负担。
Starting from student satisfaction and based on theoretical analysis,SPSS software was used to conduct empirical analysis on the effectiveness of counselors'work in J University.The survey shows that the students are most satisfied with the work effect and least satisfied with the working method.Gender and frequency of activity have significant differences in work content,working method and working effect.To improve student satisfaction and enhance the effectiveness of the guidance work,we should pay attention to the following points:grasp the key points,do ideological work well,go to students,understand the needs of students,pay attention to feedback,adjust the way of work,adjust the team,reduce the burden of work.
