摘要
远程教育院校学生管理工作直接影响学生的学习过程和结果,是远程教育质量保证体系的要素之一。本研究提出了融合多样化质量观、服务质量观和效益质量观的远程教育学生管理工作质量观,通过分析国内外远程教育领域学生管理的标准和规范,归纳了学生管理工作质量标准的要素,构建了远程开放教育教学点学生管理工作质量标准框架。此外,本文探索了该质量标准框架的实施流程、内部监控和评价方式,以期为提高远程教育院校的学生管理质量提供借鉴。
Student administration is one of the key factors influencing students’learning process and outcome,hence exerting great impact on the quality of open and distance education programs.The authors put forward a new set of quality framework for student administration focusing on diversification,student support service and cost-effectiveness,clarifying the key elements of student administration.Implementation,monitoring and evaluation of the quality framework is also discussed in detail,so as to provide a administration model for quality ODE programs.
