摘要
探究儿科护理实践中运用肢体语言沟通的方法。选取91例儿科患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组45例,观察组46例。对照组采用常规沟通方式,观察组采用肢体语言沟通,比较两组的护理接受程度、满意度。观察组患儿的护理接受程度显著高于对照组。观察组患儿家属对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。依据儿科护理工作内容、特点、要求,强调肢体语言沟通,便于患儿接受、认可护理工作,家属对本次护理工作非常满意。
The research explores the methods of body language communication in pediatric nursing practice,and selects 91 child patients in Pediatrics as the research objects.Through random sampling method,they are divided into 45 patients in control group,and 46 patients in observation group.Control group receives routine communication method,and observation group receives body language communication.Nursing acceptance level and satisfaction degree of two groups are compared.Nursing acceptance level of child patients in observation group is significantly higher than control group.Nursing satisfaction degree of family members is higher than control group(P<0.05).According to the pediatric nursing work content,characteristics and requirements,we should emphasize body language communication,to make child patients receive and accept nursing work.Family members are very satisfied with the nursing work.
