摘要
目的分析儿科护理中肢体语言沟通的运用。方法选取从2014年4月—2015年4月该院儿科收治的100例患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)与护理组(50例),对照组采取常规护理,护理组在常规护理基础上采取肢体语言沟通,对比两组护理效果。结果护理组护理质量评分为(94.22±10.34)分,对照组为(80.34±9.42)分,护理组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组满意度为94.00%,对照组为80.00%,护理组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组总接受率为92.00%,对照组为76.00%,护理组患儿治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理中应用肢体语言沟通,能提高护理满意度与患儿依从性,护理质量明显改善,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the use of body language communication in pediatric nursing. Selection Methods From April 2014- April 2015 pediatric patients, 100 cases were randomly divided into control group（50） and nursing group（50）,control group adopted routine nursing care, nursing group on the basis of conventional nursing take body language communication, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results Care for nursing quality score（94.22 ±10.34）, the control group is（80.34±9.42） points, nursing group is significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Nursing group was 94.00%,the control group was 80.00%, and satisfaction with nursing group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Nursing group total acceptance rate was 92.00%, the control group was 76.00%, treatment adherence in children with nursing group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of body language communication in pediatric nursing, can improve the compliance with the ill child care satisfaction, obviously improved nursing quality, in line with the report, have clinical application value.
