摘要
为促进护患沟通,提高护理工作质量,介绍了沟通技巧中移情的定义和内涵,移情式沟通技巧及步骤,并指出了阻碍移情的因素。
In order to promote nurse- patient communication and to enhance the quality of nursing work, it introduced both the definition and the connotation of empathy in communication skill, the empathy communication skill and steps. It pointed out some factors hindered empathy.
