摘要
目的探讨非语言沟通在儿科临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的92例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理基础上给予系统性非语言沟通护理。比较两组患者临床护理满意度。结果临床护理干预后,观察组护理满意度为91.30%,显著高于对照组(76.09%,P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床护理中采用非语言沟通护理,有助于建立良好的护患关系,缓解患儿不良情绪,提高患儿治疗依从性及临床满意度明显。
Objective To explore the effect of non-verbal communication in pediatric clinical nursing. MethodsNinety-two children in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given systematic non-verbal communication nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The satisfaction of two groups of clinical nursing was compared. Results After clinical nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction was 91.30%.which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 76.09%,P<0.05). Conclusion Non-verbal communication nursing in pediatric clinical nursing is helpful to establish good nurse-patient relationship,relieve children’s bad mood,improve children’s treatment compliance and clinical satisfaction.
