摘要
目的探讨杜尼式微笑服务在胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者围手术期心理护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月在九江市第一人民医院行胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术的60例住院患者为研究对象,采用单双号分组法将其分为观察组和对照组(各30例),对照组患者进行常规心理护理,观察组患者则运用杜尼式微笑服务进行心理护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理效果、并发症发生率、生活质量评分、心理状态、依从性等。结果观察组护理后护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义((P>0.05))。结论针对胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术的住院患者而言,杜尼式微笑服务护理的应用价值明显,可以提高患者的生命质量和生活质量,也提高了治疗过程中的依从性,改善患者的心理状态,降低并发症发生率,对疾病有着积极的治疗意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of Duchenne's smile service in the perioperative psychological care of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods A total of 60 inpatients who underwent gastrointestinal cancer surgery in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group(30 cases each)by single and double number grouping method.The control group received routine psychological care.The observation group were given psychological care by using the Duchenne's smile service,and their nursing satisfaction,nursing effect,complication rate,quality of life score,psychological status,compliance,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total nursing effective rate of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of self rating depression scale(SDS)and self rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total compliance of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For inpatients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal malignant tumors,the application value of Duchenne's smile service nursing is obvious,which can improve the quality of life and qu
