摘要
【目的/意义】高校图书馆专利转移对于产业的快速发展具有重要作用,系统地剖析高校图书馆专利转移的结构和动力将有利于提升技术转移效率。【方法/过程】本研究以三螺旋模型为框架,解构高校图书馆专利转移的结构要素,分析三螺旋模型下的动力机制,并探讨了协同主体在高校图书馆专利转移过程中的协作规律。【结果/结论】高校图书馆专利转移需要政策法规、人力资源和物质资源的协同支持,通过提升高校图书馆专利转移的自循环能力,实现技术转移的现实需要。
【Purpose/significance】Patent transfer in university libraries plays an important role in the rapid development of the industry. A systematic analysis of the structure and power of patent transfer in university libraries will be conducive to improving the efficiency of technology transfer.【Method/process】Based on the three helix model, this study deconstructs the structural elements of patent transfer in university library, analyzes the dynamic mechanism under the three-helix model, and discusses the cooperative law of collaborative subjects in the process of patent transfer in university library.【Result/conclusion】The university library patent transfer needs the coordinated support of policies and regulations, human resources and material resources. By improving the self-circulation ability of the university library patent transfer, the practical need of technology transfer can be realized.
