摘要
共性技术的协同创新对于产业的快速发展具有举足轻重的作用,系统地剖析产业共性技术协同创新的结构和动力将有利于提升产业创新效率。本研究以三螺旋模型为框架,解构了产业共性技术协同创新的结构要素,分析了三螺旋各阶段的动力因素,探讨了三螺旋不同阶段各协同主体的协作规律及资源利用状况,绘制出产业共性技术协同创新三螺旋立体空间结构和动力模型,并将其应用于成都、德阳和绵阳三市生物医药产业共性技术协同创新的比较分析,以期为产业共性技术协同创新体系的研究与实践提供系统科学的理论框架。
The collaborative innovation of genetic technology is of vital importance for the industries' rapid development. It systematically analyzes that the structure and motivation of industrial genetic technology collaborate innovation is beneficial for promoting industries' innovation efficiency. This paper starts with the framework of triple helix pattern, and studies the structure elements of indus- trial genetic technology. It analyzes the dynamic factors in each stage of triple helix model. It also discusses the cooperation pattern and the utilization of resources in each stage of triple helix. It draws the triple helix model of spatial structure and dynamic factors of industry generic technology collaborate innovation and puts it into practice by comparing the bio-medical industries amony Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang.
