摘要
胃癌是全世界范围内发病率和病死率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,以手术为主的综合治疗可有效改善胃癌患者的转归,但整体预后不佳。在肿瘤发生、发展过程中,炎症因子发挥着至关重要的作用,其水平变化与肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭及转移密切相关。外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值以及在此基础上衍生的系列组合指标均可反映机体的炎症状态,是近年肿瘤预后研究的热点。深入探讨外周血中炎症因子与胃癌预后的关系,可以为相关治疗提供信息参考,具有深远的临床应用价值。
Gastric cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high incidence and high mortality worldwide.Although the current comprehensive treatment based on the operation has improved the prognosis,its overall prognosis is still poor.In the process of tumor onset and development,inflammatory factors play an important role,and their changes are closely related to the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.Peripheral blood neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and a series of combination indexes derived from them can reflect the systemic inflammatory state of the body,which have become the hot spots in tumor prognosis research in recent years.It has far-reaching clinical application value to explore the relationship between inflammatory factors in peripheral blood and prognosis of gastric cancer,which can provide references for the related treatment.
