摘要
以合肥市公共卫生管理中心项目为工程背景,建立三维参数化BIM模型,对BIM技术在施工中的应用落地进行研究,通过三维场布进行施工现场的动态管理,采用钢结构施工模拟指导复杂节点施工,进行安装深化设计、幕墙施工模拟、高支模设计、精装修深化设计,将BIM技术融入施工阶段的深化设计中,提高施工质量,体现BIM技术在施工过程中的应用价值。
The 3 D parametric BIM model is established taking the Hefei Public Health Management Center project as the engineering background. The application of BIM technology in construction is studied the dynamic management of the construction site is performed through the 3 D field distribution,steel structure construction simulation is used to guide construction of complex joints, deepened installation design,curtain wall construction simulation,high support formwork design,and refined decoration deepened design is completed. BIM technology is incorporated into the deepened design of the construction stage,which improves the construction quality and reflects the application of BIM technology in the construction process value.
