摘要 造型新颖的幕墙结构被广泛应用于大型场馆中,其外形常由复杂多变的不规则曲面构成。这类特征二维图纸难以表达,参数化BIM技术强大的建模优势明显。由于程序按照参数化的规律进行运作,通过逻辑运算,可以大批量地生成有一定内在规律的图形和结构,极大降低图纸绘制及方案调整的工作量。基于晋江市第二体育中心体育馆、游泳馆幕墙工程,将参数化BIM软件RIHNO应用于逆向建模、方案调整、加工下料等施工过程,解决了复杂环境下幕墙附着结构表面精准定位、幕墙-结构合理性检查优化、幕墙构件智能拆分等难题。 The curtain wall structure with novel shape is widely used in large stadiums and gymnasiums,and its shape is often composed of complex and changeable irregular surfaces.The feature of Complex curtain wall makes it difficult to express in 2 D drawings,and the powerful modeling advantages of parametric BIM technology are obvious.It can greatly reduce the workload of drawing according to the inherent rules of drawing structure and large-scale operation.Based on the curtain wall project of the gymnasium and natatorium of Jinjiang second Sports Center,the parametric BIM software RIHNO is applied to the construction process of reverse modeling,scheme adjustment,processing,and blanking,which solves the problems of accurate positioning of the surface of the attached structure of the curtain wall under the complex environment,the rationality inspection and optimization of the curtain wall structure,and the intelligent splitting of the curtain wall components.
