摘要
幕墙预埋件是幕墙系统与主体结构连接的关键受力部件,其预埋位置和安装质量直接影响幕墙系统的受力性能和立面造型。以深圳市新华医院项目为案例,将幕墙专业与结构专业的BIM模型融合,建立了钢筋-混凝土-预埋件综合性BIM模型,优化了幕墙预埋件定位,有效避免了安装过程的位置冲突,针对不同类型构件,分别提出了平板式预埋件和板槽式预埋件的安装方法,提高了幕墙预埋件施工质量和安装效率,减少了因材料浪费和返工造成的经济损伤和工期延误。
Curtain wall embedded parts are the key force components connecting the curtain wall system with the main structure.The embedded position and installation quality directly affect the mechanical performance and facade modeling of the curtain wall system.Taking the project of Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital as an example,a comprehensive BIM model of steel bar-concrete-embedded parts is established by integrating the BIM model of curtain wall specialty and structure specialty.The position conflict during the installation process is effectively avoided by optimizing the positioning of the embedded parts of the curtain wall.According to different types of components,the installation methods of flat-plate embedded parts and plate-groove embedded parts are proposed respectively.Finally,the construction quality and installation efficiency of curtain wall embedded parts are improved,and the economic damage and construction delay caused by material waste and rework are reduced.
