摘要 以具有双曲多变造型的熊猫观光瞭望台项目为依托,研究BIM云平台与VR、3D打印与扫描、测量放线、无人机测控、数字加工等相结合的建造技术路线,提出从方案参数化设计到精准测控、精密加工、准确安装全流程的综合有效解决方案并实践应用于该项目,实现建筑形态的精确表达和施工质量、安全的有效控制,为大型复杂异形结构的设计建造提供了新路径。 Relying on the project of Panda Sightseeing Tower with hyperbolic and changeable architecture shape,this paper studies the construction technique route based on BIM cloud platform combined with VR,3D printing and scanning,measurement and setting out,UAV measurement and control,digital processing,etc,and proposes a comprehensive solution covering the whole process from parametric design of architectural scheme to the accurate measurement and control,precision processing and installation,which has been applied to the project.It is approved effective to the accurate expression of architectural form and the effective control of construction quality and safety,and thus provides a new path for the design and construction of large complex special-shaped structures.
