摘要
目前的主流BIM平台均采用基于WebGL网页的轻量化模型技术,但无法有效支撑大项目、机电项目模型的加载和实时交互,且现场人员的电脑硬件配置普遍偏低,用户体验极差,空有BIM平台却无法落地使用起来。本文基于以上背景,研发探索基于实时云计算架构的BIM引擎的技术,实现了低配置电脑端即可加载任意超大规模BIM和倾斜摄影模型;实现BIM云文档平台研发与应用,BIM模型、图纸、文档的在线管理、浏览和分享;实现在模型中对施工质量、施工安全管理进行直接标注和跟踪,4D可视化进度管理及偏差识别管理,在线的5D工程量计算。从根本上解决施工BIM平台落地应用的用户体验问题,提高平台的用户和应用使用范围。
The current mainstream BIM platforms all use the lightweight model technology based on WebGL web pages,but they cannot effectively support the loading and real-time interaction of large projects and electromechanical project models. In addition, the computer hardware configuration of on-site personnel is generally low, and the user experience is extremely poor. The BIM platform cannot be used on the ground. Based on the above background, this paper develops and explores the technology of BIM engine based on real-time cloud computing architecture, realizes that lowconfiguration computer can load any super large-scale BIM and oblique photography model;realizes the development and application of BIM cloud document platform, BIM model, drawing, Online management, browsing and sharing of documents;realization of direct marking and tracking of construction quality and construction safety management in the model, 4 D visualization progress management and deviation identification management, online 5 D engineering quantity calculation. Fundamentally solve the user experience problem of the landing application of the construction BIM platform, and improve the user and application scope of the platform.
