摘要
以日照奎山体育中心体育场大跨度悬挑式异形金属幕墙为研究对象,为解决折线金属幕墙定位提料困难、外悬跨度大施工作业困难等问题,通过全站仪打点放线进行BIM参数化建模,优化施工节点与板块分格,提取加工数据进行参数化提料,采取全新的单元框架式反吊顶施工方法,从而实现大跨度悬挑式异形幕墙的精准定位和快速安装。
Taking the long-span cantilever profiled metal curtain wall of Rizhao Kuishan Sports Center Stadium as the research object,in order to solve the problems such as difficult positioning and lifting of broken line metal curtain wall,and difficult construction operation of large cantilever span,BIM parametric modeling was conducted through total station setting out,construction node and plate grid were optimized,processing data were extracted for parametric lifting,and a new construction method of unit frame reverse ceiling was adopted.This can achieve the precise positioning and rapid installation of long-span cantilever special-shaped curtain wall.
