摘要
由于建筑业规模的持续扩大,项目超工期现象的普遍存在,现有的进度管理方法存在一定的局限性,以及建设项目迈向复杂化、大型化的发展趋势,这些行业现状对进度管理提出了更高的要求,迫切需要一种更有效的进度管理方法来改善这些行业现状。因此,对施工进度管理进行研究具有重要的现实意义。BIM技术的高速发展以及PDCA循环原理的延伸应用,为建立科学有效的进度管理方法提供了新的思路。在传统进度管理方法的基础上,集成BIM技术和PDCA循环原理的优势,提出了基于BIM和PDCA的进度管理方法,实现了进度管理的事前优化、事中控制以及事后巩固。
Due to the continuous expansion of the construction industry,the widespread phenomenon of the project overschedule,the existing schedule management methods have some limitations,and the development trend of the construction project is becoming more complex and large-scale.The current situation of these industries has put forward higher requirements for schedule management,and a more effective schedule management method is urgently needed to improve the current situation of these industries.Therefore,the study of construction schedule management has important practical significance.Therefore,the research on construction schedule management has important practical significance,such as the rapid development of.bim technology and the extension and application of pdca cycle principle,which provides a new idea for the establishment of scientific and effective schedule management method.Based on the traditional schedule management method,this paper integrates the advantages of bim technology and pdca cycle principle,and puts forward a schedule management method based on bim and pdca,which realizes the prior optimization,in-process control and post-consolidation of schedule management.
