摘要
以某市政项目的 BIM管理应用为研究背景,结合BIM技术中的进度管理(4D)、质量管理、安全管理等为研究对象,利用BIM技术管控实际工程的质量、安全、进度。研究表明,BIM+项目管理便于各参建方的信息互换,更方便快捷地解决工程中遇见的问题、实现全施工过程监控、能精确实现进度模拟及分析工程滞后原因。
This paper takes the BIM management application of a municipal project as the research background, combined with the progress management( 4 D), quality management, and security management in BIM technology as the research object,BIM technology is used to control the quality,safety,and progress of the actual project. The research shows that the BIM + project management facilitates the exchange of information among all participating parties,it is more convenient and quick to solve problems encountered by the project,realizes the monitoring of the entire construction process and the simulation of process,and analyzes the causes of the project lag.
