摘要 近年来,在政府的大力推动下,BIM技术在施工行业的普适性得到了保证,广大施工企业在BIM技术的应用上具备了相当的经验,但BIM的应用不应当止步于此。本文结合实际施工情况,对施工过程中的施工进度计划管理要素进行分析、提取,基于网络架构,应用BIM技术解决进度控制中的信息获取及沟通问题,通过涵盖全过程的事前控制、事中控制、事后控制手段,将BIM技术与传统施工进度管控方法结合,提升管理人员对项目施工进度安排的合理性。 In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of the government,the universality of BIM technology in the construction industry has been guaranteed.The vast number of construction enterprises have considerable experience in the application of BIM technology,but the application of BIM should not stop here.Combining with the actual construction situation,this paper analyses and extracts the elements of construction schedule management in the construction process.Based on the network architecture,BIM technology is applied to solve the problem of information acquisition and communication in progress control.Through the means of pre-control,in-process control and post-control covering the whole process,BIM technology and traditional implementation are carried out.The combination of construction schedule management and control methods can improve the rationality of project construction schedule arrangement for managers.
