摘要
重大国家会议场馆工程因其特有的高标准、短工期对项目施工提出了更高要求,而BIM+装配式施工技术正是解决此类问题的关键。以青岛国际会议中心项目为例,从钢结构、精装修、机房安装等多角度详细阐述了BIM+装配式施工技术在工程建设中的应用。通过技术引领,保证了施工质量,达到了预期目标。
High standard,short time limit for major national conference venues put forward higher requirements for project construction.BIM+prefabricated construction technology is the key to solve these problems.Taking Qingdao International Conference Center project as an example,the application of BIM+prefabricated construction technology in engineering construction is elaborated from the perspectives of steel structure,fine decoration and machine room installation.Through technical guidance,the construction quality is guaranteed and the expected goal is achieved.
