摘要
阐述BIM技术在某万达广场装配式制冷机房项目中,从深化设计到管件预制加工、运输出库及装配安装等施工全过程中的应用。通过BIM技术,解决传统机电安装工程中质量难以控制、工期进度缓慢、材料浪费过度、声光污染严重等问题,并在此基础上,实现全自动工厂化生产、运输车摆放模拟、放样机器人自动追踪放样等智能化施工,不仅优化设计,提升管道标高,增大检修空间,实现由BIM技术指导的智能化装配式施工全过程,同时取得良好经济效益。
This paper explains the application of BIM technology in the whole construction process, including deepening design, pipes and pipe fittings prefabrication, delivery, transportation and installation, in a Wanda Plaza prefabricated refrigeration station project. By BIM technology, it solves many problems in traditional electromechanical installation projects, such as difficult quality control, slow construction schedule, excessive material waste, serious sound and light pollution, etc. At the same time, intelligent construction process has been realized, such as automatic factory production, placement simulation in transportation, pipes location and calibration by robots.
