摘要
EPC工程总承包模式已在军事设施建设领域使用,本文对如何发挥EPC模式优势,防范工程风险,实现建设单位与总承包单位的合作共赢进行了重点研究探析。
EPC project general contracting model has been used in the field of military facilities construction.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of how to give play to the advantages of EPC model,engineering risks are prevented,and the win-win cooperation between the construction unit and the general contracting unit is realized.
